- Send bath photos & inspiration: A few shots of your current bathroom plus ideas you like (tile, shower, vanity) help us see the room before we visit.
- Confirm fit & budget: We talk through the scope and check that it matches a realistic budget for a full bath remodel. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you early.
- Clarify who owns the design: Decide up front whether you’re driving selections, bringing in a designer, or leaning on us for ideas and direction. We can help with ideas; we don’t deliver a final design package.
- In-home estimate: We come to the house (usually 30–60 minutes), walk the bathroom, measure, and talk through how you use the space — shower vs tub, storage, layout, and what has to change.
- Written estimate & walkthrough: You get a clear written estimate, then we go through it together so you can ask questions and decide next steps.
